Here is what's new in This Version.
P1.24 introduces the new Knowledge Base for company SOPs, a Guidebooks tab in booking details to surface all the information we have on a property, and major improvements to the Reports & Tasks flow.
All work together toward a more complete, structured knowledge system. These efforts enable our Communication Center and AI chat agents to manage guest interactions through clear, consistent, and accurate operational flows.

As we centralize knowledge across SIBO, please avoid keeping any operational data outside the system, including property notes, SOP drafts, or guest issue trackers. From now on, everything should live in SIBO, ensuring information stays accurate, searchable, and ready for both agents and AI assistants.

SIBO

Knowledge Base

  • Knowledge Base is a new central hub for company SOPs inside SIBO.
    It provides a single, trusted source of step-by-step operational guides for Communication Center and AI agents.
    It keeps content accurate and unified, helping agents handle guest scenarios consistently, resolve issues faster, and onboard new staff with confidence.

Guidebooks

  • A new Guidebooks tab in the booking details page brings together all property guides and manuals in one place. Guides that share the same tag are connected, allowing agents to move effortlessly between them. This creates a clear, centralized source of practical knowledge that complements the Knowledge Base and helps agents provide faster, more consistent guest support.

Reports & Operations

  • Guest Access Preferences Redesign introduces a simpler, structured flow in the report form to capture when maintenance can access the property. It replaces the old, confusing questions with clear, smart time-slot suggestions that adjust dynamically to the guest's stay. The captured details now appear directly in the report description, helping agents schedule visits more accurately.
  • Team Filter adds a new filter and visual team tags on report cards, making it easy to identify which team is responsible for each report.
  • Building & Common Area Filters introduce new options to quickly find reports linked to specific buildings or shared spaces.
  • Prompt on Re-Opened Reports adds a reminder when creating a new task from a re-opened report. It ensures agents don't forget to mark the report back as In-Progress after assigning follow-up work, keeping workflows moving and report statuses accurate.
  • Task Schedule Disclaimer adds a warning when a maintenance or delivery task is scheduled during a guest's stay. It helps agents avoid disruptions and coordinate timing more safely, while still keeping full control when scheduling is necessary.

Enhancements & Bug Fixes

  • Nuki Daily Device Wake-UpSIBO runs an early-morning check that refreshes the status of all Nuki smart locks. It ensures agents start their day aware of any lock or battery issues, with related reports and tasks already created and ready to act on before check-in rush hours.
  • Cleanings Legend AlignmentSIBO unifies the desktop and mobile legends, making it easier for agents and field teams to stay in sync.
  • Transportation Service ImprovementsWebsite/App remove the pre-selected pickup time, requiring guests to choose it themselves to prevent wrong scheduling. The approved check-in and check-out time notice now appears in the payment step to avoid confusion about property access hours.
  • Task Organizer EnhancementsSIBO show more at-a-glance context on each task card, including related booking occupancy, related report age, and related booking's guest tags (HVB/VIP/Returning), so agents can prioritize and plan without opening the task.
  • Bug Fix Hotel Page Auto-ScrollWebsite/App Fixed an issue where hotel pages with pre-selected dates didn’t automatically scroll to the room list.
  • Bug Fix Transportation Flight NumberWebsite/App Resolved an error that appeared when entering a valid flight number in the Airport Pickup form.
  • Bug Fix Task Image PreviewSIBO Fixed oversized image previews that opened too large on desktop, ensuring uploaded images fit the screen properly.
  • Bug Fix Hotel Gallery ViewWebsite/App Corrected the image gallery on hotel pages so full photos display properly without cropping.

What's Coming Next

  • Website EnhancementsWebsite/App Guests will soon see clearer booking details as we display both cancellation policies on property, building, and hotel pages, improving transparency and making policy selection smoother.
  • Deliveries ManagementSIBO A new foundation for managing add-on delivery services, including pricing, availability, and cancellation rules, will let agents create and manage guest deliveries without manually checking each city's rules.
  • Task Scheduling FlexibilitySIBO Tasks created for a delivery will soon support wider time windows, making it easier to coordinate work that spans multiple dates or extended periods.
  • Reports Smart AutomationSIBO Reports will automatically re-open when pending tasks miss their due date, with new visual indicators to make tracking easier.
  • Guidebooks CollaborationSIBO New tools will allow agents to request and resolve missing information in guidebooks, ensuring every property has complete and verified guest content.
