Guest Experience

• Quick access to booking actions — All actions for a booking (such as early check-in or late check-out) now live in one menu at the top of the page, so you can choose what you need without scrolling to the bottom.
• Handle Last Minute ECI and LCO on Booking Actions provides accurate, immediate responses for last-minute early check-in and late check-out requests made from Booking Details, Actions menu.

Direct Sales & Services

• Support Custom Breakfast Orders lets agents create custom breakfast orders per stay date with dynamic pricing and pay-link support.

Consistency and Reliability

• Lobby Opening Hours Consistency standardizes and correctly displays hotel lobby opening hours across SIBO and the website.

Integrations

• Send Maximum Length of Stay to Rentals United syncs the maximum length of stay restriction to Rentals United to ensure booking limits are enforced (currently applied to hotels).
• Rentals United Base-Price Logic Deprecation removes deprecated Rentals United base-price logic and relies exclusively on explicit nightly pricing to improve channel compatibility and pricing accuracy.
• Fix Booking.com Cancellation Policy Recognition ensures Booking.com reservations are assigned the correct cancellation policy for all partners.
• Fix Rentals United Alterations Reverting After Update resolves a timing conflict between API updates and incoming webhooks that could revert booking alterations.

Website & App

Online Check-In and Guest Dashboard

• Handle Last Minute ECI and LCO requests on Online Check-In and Guest Dashboard provides accurate, immediate responses for last-minute early check-in and late check-out requests.
• WhatsApp Default Contact Method sets WhatsApp as the default contact method in Online Check-In for non-Airbnb guests.

• Smoother Multi-Calendar ExperienceSIBO delays tooltips slightly on hover, so they do not flash while moving across multiple bookings or blocked dates.
• Bug Fix Website Services Date ConsistencyWebsite/App fixes inconsistent service dates shown to guests in different time zones and locations.
• Bug Fix Avoid Page Crash on Trailing Slash LinksWebsite/App ensures shared or bookmarked links load correctly even when the URL includes a trailing slash, by applying sensible defaults instead of showing errors.
• Bug Fix Fix Unit Page Not Opening on Adama WebsiteWebsite/App resolves an issue where unit pages on the Adama partner website could fail to load and show an error instead of unit details.
• Bug Fix Fix User Mentions Not Sharing ConversationsSIBO ensures that mentioning a user in a comment automatically shares the conversation with them.
• Bug Fix Invoice Breakfast Included Value FixSIBO resolves an issue where invoices incorrectly showed Breakfast included = 0 when breakfast was paid as part of the stay.
