In this release:
- Hosts can now offer Truvi as a deposit alternative in the Online Check-In, an external damage insurance option that provides actual coverage for damages.
- AI-powered document OCR replaces legacy scanning for faster, more accurate ID verification.
- Staff can now see the date & time a guest became a member, visible directly in Booking Details.
- The new Intelligence Hub in SIBO gives staff centralized access to all BI dashboards, covering Revenue, Operations, Sales, and Quality, accessible from SIBO menu.

Truvi as Alternative to Deposit
Hosts can now offer Truvi, an external damage insurance provider, as an alternative to a security deposit in the Online Check-In. Unlike the internal Damage Protection, Truvi provides actual insurance coverage for damages through an external insurer. This feature requires activation and is subject to an additional fee.

Hosts can now offer Truvi, an external damage insurance provider, as an alternative to a security deposit in the Online Check-In. Unlike the internal Damage Protection, Truvi provides actual insurance coverage for damages through an external insurer.

AI-based Document OCR
The document scanning (used in Online Check-In and SIBO) has been upgraded from legacy machine learning OCR to an AI-based engine, improving the accuracy and reliability of ID verification.

Remove Default ECI/LCO Hours from OCI
Early check-in and late check-out clock pickers in the OCI now start empty, requiring guests to make an active selection. This drives ECI/LCO upsell opportunities and distributes check-in and check-out times more evenly across the day.

Member Since Date in Booking Details
Staff can now see the date & time a guest first became a member, displayed in Booking Details next to their membership level. This gives the team quick visibility into guest loyalty history without leaving the booking view.

Intelligence Hub
A new Intelligence Hub is now available in SIBO menu. It centralizes all BI dashboards, covering Revenue, Operations, Sales, and Quality, in one place. Each staff member can request access to the dashboards they need directly through the hub.

Bug Fix Quote Guest Count Always Sent as 1SIBO
When creating a quote, the guest count selected by the agent was ignored and always sent as 1. The selected value is now correctly passed.

Bug Fix Invoice Failure for Altered BookingsSIBO
Invoices failed to generate for bookings that were relocated or altered after the original reservation, even when breakfast was included. This has been resolved.

Bug Fix Passwords Return "Insufficient permissions"SIBO
Agents with the correct password access level were unable to copy certain passwords and received an "Insufficient permissions" error. This has been fixed.

Bug Fix Member Discount Badge Incorrectly ShownWebsite/App
The member discount badge and member price toggle were displayed on the property, unit, and booking pages even when no member pricing applied. Both are now hidden when no member price is returned.

Bug Fix Walking Time to Lobby Shows Wrong DistanceWebsite/App
On the First Day Experience screen, guests were shown an incorrect walking time from their apartment to the lobby due to outdated distance data. This has been corrected.

Bug Fix Membership Teaser Reappears After SkippingWebsite/App
When a guest chose to continue without the member price, the membership teaser reappeared on the payment confirmation page. It now remains hidden consistently.

Bug Fix Damage Protection Routed to TruviWebsite/App
When a guest ordered internal Damage Protection, the system incorrectly attempted to create a Truvi coverage request, causing an error.

Bug Fix OCI Returns to Protection Step After PayPalWebsite/App
After authorizing a PayPal payment in the Online Check-In, guests were returned to the Protection step instead of progressing to House Rules. The flow now advances correctly.

Bug Fix Mandatory Payments Skipped in OCIWebsite/App
When Damage Protection was offered as an additional service and the guest declined, the entire payments step was skipped, leaving mandatory charges such as City Tax and Cleaning Fee uncollected. This has been fixed.
