  • Membership Program
    exclusive guest benefits and incentives to drive loyalty and repeat bookings
  • Booking details now show arrival/departure times and ECI/LCO request statuses at a glance

Membership Program
Introduce a membership program that provides all guests with exclusive benefits and incentives to drive loyalty and repeat bookings.
Booking Details: Arrival, Departure & ECI/LCO Request Status
On the Booking details screen, the exact approved check-in and check-out times are now displayed alongside early check-in (ECI) and late check-out (LCO) requests and their status (pending, approved, rejected), so staff can see at a glance what was agreed and how each request stands.

    Bookings created with a membership discount now visibly show the discount on the booking details page, and the guest's membership level is clearly displayed on the guest card in the same screen, making it easy for staff to identify member perks and status at a glance.

    Standardize and improve tracking across page views, search, engagement, checkout, payment, and booking funnel events to ensure consistent, reliable analytics and cleaner data for insights.
  • Enhancement Resend Quote Offer to a Different EmailSIBO
    Existing quote offers can now be resent to a different email address, making it easy to redirect a proposal without creating a new quote from scratch.
  • Enhancement Guest Short Links Across All ChannelsSIBO
    Use short links for guest-facing links such as OCI and the booking dashboard across all applicable channels (chatbot, booking details screen, journey) so guests get working, easy-to-use links wherever they interact.
  • Enhancement Copy to Clipboard for OCI LinkSIBO
    A copy-to-clipboard button was added to the OCI link modal replacing the non-clear way to copy it, making it faster and less error-prone when sharing with guests.
  • Bug Fix Chat Messages Non-Readable (Sweett Chat)SIBO
    In the SIBO Sweett chat channel, copy-pasting content can send HTML instead of plain text, causing messages to appear unreadable on the guest side.
  • Bug Fix Incorrect WhatsApp on White-Label OCIWebsite/App
    On certain white-label partner websites, WhatsApp was displayed as a contact option in Online Check-In despite not being configured for that partner, causing guests to contact the wrong communication center.
