P1.24 introduces the new Knowledge Base for company SOPs, a Guidebooks tab in booking details to surface all the information we have on a property, and major improvements to the Reports & Tasks flow.

All work together toward a more complete, structured knowledge system — enabling our Communication Center and AI chat agents to manage guest interactions through clear, consistent, and accurate operational flows.

As we centralize knowledge across SIBO, please avoid keeping any operational data outside the system, including property notes, SOP drafts, or guest issue trackers. From now on, everything should live in SIBO, ensuring information stays accurate, searchable, and ready for both agents and AI assistants.

What’s New?

Knowledge Base

  • New central hub for company SOPs inside SIBO.
  • Provides a single, trusted source of step-by-step operational guides for Communication Center and AI agents.
  • Keeps content accurate and unified, helping agents handle guest scenarios consistently, resolve issues faster, and onboard new staff with confidence.

Guidebooks

  • A new Guidebooks tab in the booking details page brings together all property guides and manuals in one place.
  • Guides that share the same tag are connected, allowing agents to move effortlessly between them.
  • Creates a clear, centralized source of practical knowledge that complements the Knowledge Base and helps agents provide faster, more consistent guest support.

Reports & Operations

  • Guest Access Preferences Redesign — simpler, structured flow in the report form to capture when maintenance can access the property. Replaces the old questions with clear, smart time-slot suggestions that adjust dynamically to the guest’s stay. Captured details now appear directly in the report description.
  • Team Filter — new filter and visual team tags on report cards, making it easy to identify which team is responsible for each report.
  • Building & Common Area Filters — new options to quickly find reports linked to specific buildings or shared spaces.
  • Prompt on Re-Opened Reports — reminder when creating a new task from a re-opened report, ensuring agents mark the report back as In-Progress after assigning follow-up work.
  • Task Schedule Disclaimer — warning when a maintenance or delivery task is scheduled during a guest’s stay, helping agents avoid disruptions while maintaining full control when scheduling is necessary.

Enhancements & Bug Fixes

  • Nuki Daily Device Wake-Up (SIBO) — early-morning check that refreshes the status of all Nuki smart locks. Ensures agents start the day aware of any lock or battery issues, with related reports and tasks already created before check-in rush hours.
  • Cleanings Legend Alignment (SIBO) — unified desktop and mobile legends for easier sync between agents and field teams.
  • Transportation Service Improvements (Website/App) — removed pre-selected pickup time, requiring guests to choose it themselves. The approved check-in and check-out time notice now appears in the payment step.
  • Task Organizer Enhancements (SIBO) — task cards now show related booking occupancy, related report age, and guest tags (HVB/VIP/Returning) for faster prioritization without opening each task.
  • Fixed — hotel pages with pre-selected dates didn’t automatically scroll to the room list.
  • Fixed — an error appeared when entering a valid flight number in the Airport Pickup form.
  • Fixed — oversized image previews opened too large on desktop in task image preview.
  • Fixed — image gallery on hotel pages now displays full photos without cropping.

What's Coming Next

  • Website Enhancements (Website/App) — clearer booking details with both cancellation policies displayed on property, building, and hotel pages.
  • Deliveries Management (SIBO) — new foundation for managing add-on delivery services, including pricing, availability, and cancellation rules.
  • Task Scheduling Flexibility (SIBO) — tasks for deliveries will support wider time windows, spanning multiple dates or extended periods.
  • Reports Smart Automation (SIBO) — reports will automatically re-open when pending tasks miss their due date, with new visual indicators.
  • Guidebooks Collaboration (SIBO) — new tools to request and resolve missing information in guidebooks, ensuring complete and verified guest content per property.
