This release introduces the Membership Program, improved arrival/departure visibility in Booking Details, Unified Inbox AI and shift management improvements, guest short links across all channels, and the ability to resend quote offers to a different email address.

Membership Program:
- Introduces a membership program that provides all guests with exclusive benefits and incentives to drive loyalty and repeat bookings.
SIBO
Membership Benefits Visibility in Booking Details:
- Bookings created with a membership discount now visibly show the discount on the booking details page.
- The guest’s membership level is clearly displayed on the guest card, making it easy for staff to identify member perks and status at a glance.
Booking Details — Arrival, Departure & ECI/LCO Request Status:
- The exact approved check-in and check-out times are now displayed in the Booking Details screen.
- Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) requests and their statuses (pending, approved, rejected) are shown alongside, so staff can see at a glance what was agreed and how each request stands.
Unified Inbox — AI and Shift Management Improvements:
- Users can no longer turn their shift off while they have assigned conversations or active AI conversations.
- AI-enabled conversations are now highlighted in the inbox list.
- Conversations using AI are tagged with “AI-ON” for quick identification.
Enhancements & Bug Fixes
- Enhancement (Website/App) — standardized and improved tracking across page views, search, engagement, checkout, payment, and booking funnel events for consistent, reliable analytics.
- Enhancement (SIBO) — existing quote offers can now be resent to a different email address, making it easy to redirect a proposal without creating a new quote from scratch.
- Enhancement (SIBO) — short links are now used for guest-facing links (OCI and booking dashboard) across all applicable channels — chatbot, booking details screen, and journeys.
- Enhancement (SIBO) — a copy-to-clipboard button was added to the OCI link modal, replacing the previous unclear copy method.
- Fixed (SIBO) — copy-pasting content in the SIBO Sweett chat channel could send HTML instead of plain text, causing messages to appear unreadable on the guest side.
- Fixed (Website/App) — on certain white-label partner websites, WhatsApp was incorrectly displayed as a contact option in Online Check-In despite not being configured for that partner.
